Creating always makes me happy, but this experience felt like I’d unlocked a whole new layer of happiness! I was completely immersed in the moment. I found myself noticing the drifting clouds, the changing light, the cool breeze, and all the little details I probably would’ve missed if I were painting from a reference photo. It wasn’t about getting everything perfect. It was about sitting with the view, taking it all in, and letting the painting come together naturally. I wasn’t rushing to finish it. I was simply enjoying every moment of the process. I wish I could bottle up this feeling. The quiet, the fresh mountain air, and the happiness of creating while being completely present. This was one of the most fulfilling painting experiences I’ve ever had, and I already know it won’t be my last.
