Free creator tools built on real numbers
Price a creator honestly, pull a full report on any handle, or find out why a video worked. Every figure comes from posts that actually ran — not follower counts, not estimates.
UGC price calculator
What a creator should actually cost
Paste any Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X handle and get an honest rate. The price comes from the creator's real median views and engagement rate, adjusted for where their audience actually is — not from a follower-inflated rate card. It shows the follower-based number too, so you can see the gap you were about to pay for.
- Separate UGC deliverable and sponsored-post rates — they are not the same purchase
- Priced from median views, so one viral outlier cannot distort the number
- Geo multiplier, because a US audience and a low-CPM audience are not worth the same per view
Creator report
The honest read on any account
A full report on a single handle: median views, engagement rate, posting cadence, which of their posts beat their own baseline and by how much. Every number is measured against that creator's own history, which is the only comparison that means anything — a 1,500-view post is a win for one account and a failure for another.
- Reach per follower — whether their audience actually sees them
- Their own median as the baseline, not an industry average
- Their outperformers ranked, with the multiple each one hit
Video breakdown
Why this one worked
A frame-by-frame read of a single video: the hook in the first three seconds, the cut rhythm, on-screen text, and how far it went past its author's normal reach. Useful whether you are studying a competitor's hit or working out why your own post underperformed.
- The hook mechanism named, not just described
- Performance stated as a multiple of the author's own median
- Written so you can reproduce the structure, not copy the video
Why every tool here starts from views
Almost every creator tool on the internet is built on follower count, because follower count is the one number that is trivially easy to read. It is also the one number that is trivially easy to buy, and the one that tells you least about whether a post will land.
We measured this on our own corpus rather than guessing at it. Across a sample of 533 Instagram accounts, the median account reached roughly 0.55 viewers for every follower it had — barely half its own audience. The top quartile reached more than 1.69 per follower, the bottom quartile under 0.18. That is close to a tenfold spread between accounts that a follower-based tool would price identically. Around a third of accounts out-reached their follower count altogether, which is the algorithm pushing them past their own audience — the thing you actually want to buy.
So the tools here judge a post against the only baseline that carries information: the same author's own history. A post that did 1,495 views is a strong result for a creator whose median is 400, and an outright failure for one whose median is 21,600 — and no absolute threshold, however carefully chosen, can tell those two apart. The multiple against the author's own median can.
This is why the pricing calculator quotes from median views rather than reach claims, why the creator report leads with reach-per-follower, and why a video breakdown states performance as a multiple rather than a raw count. It is a slower way to build a tool. It is the only way to build one whose answer survives contact with reality.

Questions people ask
Are these tools really free?
Yes. The UGC price calculator, the creator reports and the video breakdowns all run without an account. There is no card and no trial timer. We make money when people want this continuously — a live feed of what is outperforming in their niche, and scripts written from it — not when they want one answer once.
Why do you price creators from views instead of followers?
Because follower count is the most inflated number in creator marketing and the easiest to buy. In our own data, the median account reaches roughly half its follower count per post, and about a third of accounts out-reach their follower count entirely. Two accounts with identical follower counts routinely differ by 20x in what a post actually reaches, so any price built on followers is close to a coin flip.
What does 'beat their own median' mean?
It is the only fair way to judge a post. We take the creator's median views over their last 180 days and measure each post against it. A post at 3x their median genuinely broke out; a post at 0.1x flopped, no matter how large the raw number looks. Comparing a small account's post to a celebrity's view count tells you nothing you can act on.
Where does the data come from?
From continuous scanning of public posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X — currently around 130,000 posts from 41,000 creators, refreshed on a rolling basis. Nothing here is an estimate from a survey or a rate card; every figure traces back to a post that exists and numbers you can go and check.
Can I use these tools for a client or an agency?
Yes. The pricing calculator and the reports are commonly used to sanity-check a creator before signing them, or to justify a rate to a client. There is no restriction on commercial use of the free tools.
Do you have a hook generator or a hashtag generator?
Not yet, and we would rather build a different thing. Generators invent plausible-sounding text with nothing behind it. What we can do that a generator cannot is show you the hooks that actually ran, with the real view counts they earned and a link to the video. That is what we are building next.
One answer is free. The feed is the product.
These tools answer a question once. SFOM.AI watches your niche continuously and surfaces the posts beating their own author's median — with a breakdown of why each one worked, and a script in your voice. Free to start, no card.
