What we collect
- Email and authentication data when you sign up.
- Public profile data of the Instagram / TikTok accounts you connect or search (followers, posts, captions — public only).
- Usage telemetry: which pages you visit, which features you click. No keystrokes or screen recordings.
How we use it
- To deliver the analytics and AI features you requested.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve the product (aggregated, never personal).
Who we share with
We share data only with subprocessors necessary to run the service: Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Google (Gemini AI), TikHub (public social data), Upstash (cache & rate limiting), Inngest (background jobs), Post For Me (publishing to your connected accounts), Polar (billing & payments), and Crisp (customer support). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can export your data, delete your account, or request rectification at any time from Settings → Profile or by emailing us at privacy@trendpulse.app.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies (authentication session, CSRF token) to make the product work. We also use third-party analytics and advertising tools that may set their own cookies or identifiers: Meta Pixel (ad measurement), Microsoft Clarity (product analytics) and Crisp (support chat). You can limit ad tracking via your browser settings or ad-preference tools; essential cookies can't be disabled without breaking sign-in.
Children
SFOM.AI isn't intended for users under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Coaching & AI advice disclaimer
SFOM.AI provides AI-generated coaching and content recommendations. Results vary based on individual effort, niche, market conditions, and content quality. We do not guarantee any specific outcome including follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue.
AI advice may be incorrect or incomplete. Always verify recommendations against current platform terms of service before applying them. We are not responsible for account restrictions resulting from following AI-suggested actions.
Coach features use periodic public-data scraping of your connected Instagram / TikTok / YouTube profiles. We never store passwords. We do not interact with your accounts on your behalf without explicit OAuth consent.
