Terms of Service — SFOM.AI

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SFOM.AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

2. Account & access

You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You won't use SFOM.AI to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, scrape data not owned by you, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days of charge.

5. Content & ownership

Content you generate through SFOM.AI (scripts, plans, analyses) is yours. We retain rights to the underlying templates, models, and aggregated benchmarks.

6. Limitation of liability

SFOM.AI is provided «as is». We don't guarantee specific business outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

6a. Coaching & AI advice

SFOM.AI provides AI-generated coaching and content recommendations. Results vary based on individual effort, niche, market conditions, and content quality. We do not guarantee any specific outcome including follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue.

AI advice may be incorrect or incomplete. Always verify recommendations against current platform terms of service before applying them. We are not responsible for account restrictions resulting from following AI-suggested actions.

Coach features use periodic public-data scraping of your connected Instagram / TikTok / YouTube profiles. We never store passwords. We do not interact with your accounts on your behalf without explicit OAuth consent.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
