The video shows a heavily mud-splattered pink car driving on a highway, with a large, dirty water tank strapped to its roof. A hose runs from the tank into the car's fuel tank opening, implying a makeshift fuel system. The car is driving alongside other vehicles on a multi-lane highway with city buildings in the background.
