Two waiters are discussing one of them being fired. A man in sunglasses, who is the restaurant owner, overhears them and promotes the waiter who was about to be fired, while demoting the other waiter. The demoted waiter then spills water on the owner and is later seen selling snacks on the street.

Why it worked
The video uses a classic comedic trope of an unexpected twist and reversal of fortune. The initial setup creates sympathy for the waiter, and the boss's intervention provides a satisfying, albeit temporary, resolution. The final scene with the demoted waiter selling snacks adds a humorous, ironic punchline, making the audience laugh at the absurdity and the swift karma.
