The video shows two young men in an office setting, with text overlaying a statement about the high energy levels of a young team. This is immediately contrasted with a second text overlay showing the team 'after lunch,' where both men appear tired and lethargic, one resting his head on his hand and the other slumped in his chair looking at a laptop.

Why it worked
This video works because it uses relatable office humor, specifically the common experience of a post-lunch energy dip. The ironic contrast between the initial expectation and the reality creates a comedic effect that resonates with a wide audience, especially those in corporate or office environments. The use of a trending sad/dramatic audio further enhances the comedic timing and emotional connection.
