Why it worked
The humor comes from the unexpected and absurd items the 'mechanic' presents, contrasting with the customer's increasingly bewildered reactions. The relatable scenario of a mechanic upselling or showing unnecessary things is exaggerated for comedic effect, making it highly shareable. The use of a trending sound adds to its appeal.
