“Why is it like this…”

Two men walking down a street try to act casual when they see a police car approaching. They then try to act even more casual, with exaggerated movements, when the police car drives past them, only for the police to stop and ask if they are okay. They then try to act normal again, but the police drive off, only to turn around and come back, leading the men to perform an exaggerated dance to the music.
